How did this come about? As a recruiting professional for the last 15 years, I’ve met many people at different occasions who face a huge difficulty in finding the ideal candidate within the desired timeframe. I’ve been offering guidance to companies and we walked together through the recruiting jungle. We optimized their approaches to finding and selecting people which reduced their time to hire drastically (and none of them had to be fired).

To get there, I worked for years in big cooperations trying to find high-potentials. Sometimes the so-called good ones applied themselves, sometimes it was about finding them like a needle in the hay stick. In the beginning I was often frustrated, I had to figure out a lot on my own.

Since launching my consulting business, I’ve been helping companies to improve their hiring initiatives. In 2014, I decided to write a book with my proven strategies. I enriched it with the knowledge of other recruiting experts whom I interviewed especially for the book - a lot of wisdom in one package.

More recently, I pre-sold our new recruiting software TalentsTracker to growing companies which now helps them to speed up the filtering and selecting of candidates.
